The texture is different because it is ground in the morning! Atori's Chicken Nabe Chicken thigh meat, Chinese cabbage, leeks, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, tofu, potherb mustard, and many other ingredients! The soup is made with kombu (kelp) cooked in water to extract only the umami without any smell. Please enjoy it with ponzu sauce with grated daikon and green onion. The meat is fresh enough to be eaten as sashimi, so it has a taste unique to our restaurant, which is well versed in chicken dishes.

The flavor of Aoi no Jidori chicken is characterized by its sweetness and unique richness. It is finished juicy with binchotan charcoal and rock salt.

12 degrees White liquor made with Nanko plums from Kishu, Wakayama Prefecture, and infused with honey from 'Arita mikan' mandarins. This honey is different from regular honey, offering not only sweetness but also citrus acidity and aroma.

It has a golden color from aging, a moderate aroma, and the aged secret plum wine soaked in a sake base is soft and easy to drink, especially recommended for women.

Kainan City, Wakayama Prefecture 19 degrees, brewed alcohol. This is the highest quality plum wine made from particularly excellent fully ripe plums produced in Wakayama Prefecture. It is aged for about 10 years in various barrels such as whiskey barrels, sherry barrels, and bourbon barrels, resulting in a subtly fragrant aged plum wine. It has almost no bitterness, is not too sweet, and has a mellow and elegant flavor that can be enjoyed not only by plum wine lovers but also by those who enjoy spirits.
