SPECIALITY COFFEE This is coffee for parfaits. A cup born from the roastery 'ease coffee' in Chiba Prefecture. It uses seasonal beans from Rwanda. By blending beans with different processes, it achieves complexity in flavor and taste, making it a blend that pairs well with various fruits in parfaits. This coffee has the characteristic of increasing sweetness as it cools down. Enjoy it slowly with your parfait.
