A large rice ball filled with four ingredients from the mountains and sea. It is gently wrapped in top-quality seaweed from Ariake.

■Niho Local Specialty■ This rice ball is made by grilling high-quality local wild boar meat over direct flame and finishing it with the traditional hittsumabushi method. The fresh and high-quality wild boar meat from the Niho area is processed with the highest level of skill. The meat of wild boars, which primarily feed on acorns and nuts, is characterized by its lack of gamey taste and sweet fat.

Each one is hand-cooked with a seven-inch copper tamagoyaki pan. It is a traditional dashimaki tamago with a pleasant sweetness that is fragrant with the best broth from the pot shop. One box is 1080 yen, and half is 594 yen.
