Healthy soy milk hot pot. A hole-in-the-wall yakitori restaurant that still has room to grow! The time for choosing a year-end party location has begun. This is the time of year when you should already have a year-end party policy. My friend and I decided to go out for dinner from a café, and when I asked for a recommendation, to my surprise, it was an affiliate of a previous restaurant I had been to before. It was delicious, so we walked there, even though it was a long way from Kitahama! It is located in a residential area, so it is a bit hard to find. The exterior of the restaurant is marked by a large sign. I went in immediately and looked at the menu, and there was a kind of trial course for a year-end party as I wrote at the beginning. The price was 4,000 yen (tax included!) for a nabe, a selection of dishes, and all-you-can-drink except for bottled drinks. I decided to go for it! (I didn't know that! lol) First of all, Kyoto's Oboro Tofu! It was covered with sweet soy sauce and myoga, very easy to eat and delicious! *Tataki of Hollow Duck's Thigh Thick and juicy! I love chicken, so this is a delight. *Hine Skin Ponzu The crunchy texture of the skin makes a great first drink. Delicious with a sour taste. Chicken in soy milk hot pot Wow! Tsukune is so delicious! Sweetness of chopped onion and juicy when you bite into it even though it is chicken! Soy milk nabe is difficult. The aroma changes as it burns, so you have to feel like you have to work with that, or it might be a bad smell for those who don't like it. For me, it was delicious! Cream cheese with baby sardines The combination of the two is the best. The sticky cream cheese and the light baby sardines go really well together! Delicious. Seasonal grilled vegetables Shiitake mushrooms. They were quite large. I would have preferred the edges to be a little more cooked, but they were plump and tasty! I would like to feel the original broth of shiitake mushrooms, so it would be better if it was whole or half of the mushrooms with the broth on them! Half-boiled quail skewers! The quail skewers were grilled to perfection! The white meat is cooked beautifully, but when you bite into it, the yolk pops out! The white meat is cooked beautifully, but when you bite into it, the yolk pops out. It's the best. I want to eat 10 more skewers. LOL! Niwa Chicken Karaage I was getting pretty full by this point, but I was so excited when a rather large piece of fried chicken came out! LOL! I love fried chicken, and it was so flavorful and delicious! ✧*٩٩_٩_(ˊωˋ*)و✧*. *Finally, the risotto! Rice and cheese thrown into a pot of soy milk! This is the best! It's very hot, but I recommend eating it while it's hot and huffing and puffing as hard as you can! It's easy to burn, so it's best to mix it properly over low to medium heat! For drinks, I recommend the Ramune Chuhai! The bottles of rumneh are delicious and don't feel like chu-hai, so it's the kind of drink that makes you drunk! The atmosphere is a bit different from the last time I went to Ikokoka, but I think this one is also a good place for a hole in the wall. It's a must for those who live nearby, but families with children also come here, so maybe a year-end party with the family would be nice! Thanks for the food!
