This beer is a light, crispy and refreshing lagered ale, that is very approachable to anyone new to the craft beer industry. And although it is much more tame in overall flavour and bitterness compared to our APA and IPA offerings, this beer can still be appreciated by your seasoned craft beer drinker as a sessionable and lighter option. With balance playing a key role, this crispy beer gives notes of fresh bread (from the pilsner and wheat malt used in the mash), a subtle and non-offensive bitter-sweetness at the end of each sip (from the French triskle hops used at whirlpool and dry-hop) and a classic/familiar beer aroma given from the California ale yeast we used during fermentation. G'day mate! Redline's newest offering has taken us down under! Inspired by the flavours of Australia, we have come up with a tropical and stone fruit driven IPA, that uses 100% Australian hops. The delicious combination of hops complements and accentuates each other, creating intense notes of tropical fruit and pineapple, with a luscious combination of nectarine and peach tagging in. Pouring a hazy pale gold colour, the sweeter malts lay an easily approachable foundation for the beer and set the stage for the true stars of this beer: the Aussie hops. We have taken an alternative approach to this beer, using zero bittering hops but instead doubling down on our "usual IPA" amount in the Whirlpool and Dry-hops. Our second 'Spark' series release of the year features Ella hops. Bold and complex flavours of grapefruit and peach lead into a tropical finish. A genetic sister-hop to Galaxy (one of our all-time favourites), Ella's flavour profile is unique and yet pleasantly familiar. Winter has officially arrived and with it another one of our Echoes series. Mirroring the effects of a real echo, our beer continues to repeat itself even after the original sound has stopped. With each reverberation comes a slightly different tone that will resonate uniquely from the last. Highlighting our favourite flavour profiles within Echoes of the Void, we've composed a truly refined, yet simplified product. By simplifying the recipe, we thought it fitting to also simplify the name: Echoes. Echoes brings forth chocolatey layered malt flavours that fade through dark fruit to a caramel sweetness; finishing off with a warm roasted, cocoa note. An elegant roundness was obtained by adding a touch of vanilla bean. Enjoy with friends and family this winter season. ABV: 7.8%. IBU (Theoretical): 54. This year's Spark series has taken us to a land down under! We at Redline, wanted to show our loyal beer drinkers and hopheads what Australia has to offer in regard to hops! The third and final iteration of our Aussie-hopped 2021 Spark Series, Topaz just might be our favourite yet. This high alpha-acid hop is ripe with bold citrus flavour, notes of pineapple, lychee fruit, resin, and a slightly grassy finish. This beer is a light, crispy and refreshing lagered ale, that is very approachable to anyone new to the craft beer industry. And although it is much more tame in overall flavour and bitterness compared to our APA and IPA offerings, this beer can still be appreciated by your seasoned craft beer drinker as a sessionable and lighter option. With balance playing a key role, this crispy beer gives notes of fresh bread (from the pilsner and wheat malt used in the mash), a subtle and non-offensive bitter-sweetness at the end of each sip (from the French triskle hops used at whirlpool and dry-hop) and a classic/familiar beer aroma given from the California ale yeast we used during fermentation. Clutch pours a hazy straw colour and is topped with a creamy white head. A large dose of flaked oats provides a luscious and soft mouthfeel. Hopped generously with Centennial, Citra, Amarillo, and Mandarina Bavaria, Clutch bursts with flavours of orange peel, grapefruit, peaches, and pine. A modern rendition of a time-honoured staple, Autobahn merges traditional German ingredients and quintessential Canadian drinkability. The pour is lustrously gold with a pillowy-white head, and a nose of freshly baked bread with slightly floral undertones. G'day mate! Redline's newest offering has taken us down under! Inspired by the flavours of Australia, we have come up with a tropical and stone fruit driven IPA, that uses 100% Australian hops. The delicious combination of hops complements and accentuates each other, creating intense notes of tropical fruit and pineapple, with a luscious combination of nectarine and peach tagging in. Pouring a hazy pale gold colour, the sweeter malts lay an easily approachable foundation for the beer and set the stage for the true stars of this beer: the Aussie hops. We have taken an alternative approach to this beer, using zero bittering hops but instead doubling down on our "usual IPA" amount in the Whirlpool and Dry-hops. Pale gold in colour with a fluffy white head, Idle Coast is our take on a classic Munich Helles Lager. Delicate aromas of fresh bread, and a light herbal quality fade to fresh cut grass. The palate is full to start, before finishing extremely crisp and dry with a touch of bitterness. The flavour leans toward the fresh bread and dough flavours of pilsner and munich malts with herbal, grassy hops playing second fiddle. Rainbow In The Dark pours a hazy orange body with off-white foam. It's brewed with rye and honey malt for a creamy, body with a slightly sweet malt character. Rainbow In The Dark is loaded with Columbus, Vic. Secret, and Ekuanot hops giving off aromas of papaya, lemon, lime, and strawberry weed. The floral and peppery esters produced from the Belgium yeast draw you in but quickly float away leaving you with an effervescent, delicious, and refreshing sip. Our second 'Spark' series release of the year features Ella hops. Bold and complex flavours of grapefruit and peach lead into a tropical finish. A genetic sister-hop to Galaxy (one of our all-time favourites), Ella's flavour profile is unique and yet pleasantly familiar. Winter has officially arrived and with it another one of our Echoes series. Mirroring the effects of a real echo, our beer continues to repeat itself even after the original sound has stopped. With each reverberation comes a slightly different tone that will resonate uniquely from the last. Highlighting our favourite flavour profiles within Echoes of the Void, we've composed a truly refined, yet simplified product. By simplifying the recipe, we thought it fitting to also simplify the name: Echoes. Echoes brings forth chocolatey layered malt flavours that fade through dark fruit to a caramel sweetness; finishing off with a warm roasted, cocoa note. This high alpha-acid hop is ripe with bold citrus flavour, notes of pineapple, lychee fruit, resin, and a slightly grassy finish. Not a straight double version of Clutch, but inspired by it with a load of oats, and Citra hops complemented by some of our other favourite tropical and sticky varietals. Big soft flavours. Appearance is a Hazy orange, sticky, with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet peach/apricot, mango, lychee and a touch of sweet malt with resinous pine underneath. The flavour is tropical fruit up front, with pine and citrus underneath. Sweet malt comes in and rounds out the flavour. Mouthfeel is sticky, with a firm bitter finish.
