This is a new type of dry junmai ginjo that has opened up a new realm called <umakarakuchi> (deliciously dry). "Icchorai" is a dialect from Fukui meaning "one fine garment." This is a classic ginjo sake brewed with Gohyakumangoku rice from Fukui Prefecture, known for its pleasant ginjo aroma and smooth taste that is popular among sake lovers. Glass size: 90cc
