A bento that allows you to enjoy the side dishes of Yamahoushi all at once. Each bento has different side dishes, so it's a greedy bento where you can eat your favorite side dishes or those you have been curious about.
Salmon and mackerel!! The two giants of the fish industry in a dream collaboration!! Mackerel! Salmon! You can eat them alternately. If you can indulge in both types at the same time... yes! Ascend to heaven.
A nostalgic taste loved by the master of Yamahoushi during his lifetime! Packed with ingredients like shrimp, wood ear mushrooms, and carrots! Finished with Ishigaki salt.
This is a hearty bento featuring a whole half of mackerel. All bones have been carefully removed by hand, making it safe for children to enjoy.
We used domestically produced chicken, our shop's additive-free soy sauce, and washed sugar to simply cook it. It pairs excellently with egg soboro and is a light and easy-to-eat bento.
The surface is seared salmon topped with cucumber and egg, cut into a satisfying size. This is a classic menu item at Yamahoushi that can be enjoyed with refreshing vinegared rice.
This is a proud dish of our restaurant, featuring shrimp coated in a special sauce made by simmering 10 types of vegetables for 8 hours. A mini size (from 290 yen) is also available.
We fry coarsely minced shrimp without using any binders. This popular product allows you to fully enjoy the flavor of shrimp.
This is our original product made by combining cream cheese and kuzu, perfect as a side dish or snack! It is delicious on its own, but it also pairs well with black pepper, vinegar miso, and wasabi soy sauce.
(380 yen and up) We have luxuriously fried horse mackerel that can be enjoyed as sashimi. Since we purchase from the market, the size may vary from day to day depending on the supply situation, but this is a dish you definitely want to try. It is sold separately, but it pairs perfectly with our original tartar sauce (50 yen).
