This is a special oden made using a blend of Odawara jidori chicken bones, dried sardines, and skipjack tuna. In addition to the classic ingredients like daikon, eggs, and shirataki, we also offer some unique variations.

This sake has made Kawanishiya Brewery known nationwide. It uses the sake rice 'Wakimizu' from Kaisei Town. It is undoubtedly delicious.
