We use 'real lacquer' trees grown directly in the mountains, and the cool broth flavor is exceptional. From the end of April for about 15 days, we also offer the new shoots from the lacquer tree called 'lacquer shoots'.

This dish highlights the original flavor of native chicken baeksuk. If you prefer it well-cooked, please request "well-cooked" when ordering. The tender meat of the "aged chicken" must be ordered at least one day in advance.

This is a spicy chicken soup flavored with chicken broth and homemade gochujang. Unlike chicken stir-fry, it can be enjoyed with broth.
