Hishimitsu

A café and restaurant where you can enjoy meals in a former soy sauce warehouse building. The restaurant is housed in a renovated 140-year-old soy sauce warehouse, creating a spacious and open atmosphere. There is only one course, which includes an appetizer, fresh pasta, drink, and all-you-can-eat pizza. You can choose from three types of fresh pasta, and the pizza is thinly doughy, allowing you to enjoy its crispy and chewy texture.
