In search of spicy curry, I went to Yanakasoan, a popular restaurant in Toyama. Located in a quiet and peaceful residential area, the cute little store that doubles as a home, with only six seats, had a long line of customers waiting before it opened, one after the other! The flourless curry is smooth, spicy, and delicious! The black sesame flat curry is served with milled hana-sansho (Japanese pepper). It is aromatic and tasty! The mackerel curry was also delicious...(*☻-☻*)
