Several kinds of appetizers are available. We are particular about the container, and the presentation is enchanting and beautiful! Sashimi is prepared using only natural ingredients, which we purchase directly from the Tenma Market. The shabu shabu shabu is served with fresh fish, Japanese Yamato pork, and a large portion of vegetables hand-cut by our chefs in a special broth made from flying fish. Served with homemade ponzu (Japanese citrus juice) and homemade dashi soy sauce. Japanese beef cheeks stewed in red wine is made by simmering a lot of vegetables for 3 days. Red miso is the secret flavor. The finishing rice dish is our specialty, rice cooked in an earthenware pot with seafood and sea urchins! The rice is cooked with dashi broth and seasonal fish, and finished with a homemade shiso genovese sauce with garlic and fresh sea urchin! If you have any left over, you can have it onigiri (rice ball).
