This is a signature cookie made by Bidot from scratch.

Baked with premium unsalted butter and generously melted chocolate chips, made from scratch : D

Made with rice flour and potatoes without using wheat flour. It's chewy and delicious~

I baked it myself by putting in injeolmi and walnut jam into the cookie. It's good for 1-2 people to enjoy.

This is the tiramisu recommended by the owner : )

We brew it using four types of green beans, including Brazilian, Colombian, and Ethiopian, roasted in-house.

We brew even the decaf after roasting and aging it ourselves.

A signature milk blend made with beans roasted directly by Bidot, creating a fantastic combination~ A nutty and slightly sweet latte : )
