We offer five types of grilled fish: Grilled Hokke, Grilled Shishamo, Grilled Komai, Grilled Hakkaku, and Grilled Salmon Belly! In particular, the grilled Hokke, known for its plump flesh, is a popular item in our shop and pairs exceptionally well with local sake!

Our restaurant sources fresh fish directly from the local market, so we are confident in the freshness and taste. Depending on the day, we may also have fish that are not commonly available, so please ask our staff when you visit!

Just like sashimi, we source fresh fish directly from the local market! Additionally, our owner, who is a sushi chef, prepares the sushi, so you can enjoy authentic sushi at our restaurant. Please savor it with delicious sake!
