Beginning with "Beckhoff," a regional dish of Alsace, France, we will serve seasonal "Kugloff" for dessert. In addition, an appetizer using plenty of Shizuoka vegetables and a dish of ahi jio, a seafood dish landed at a nearby fishing port, are also included in the 8-course menu. A free glass of sparkling wine is included. All-you-can-drink for 1 hour and 30 minutes, and seating is limited to 2 hours. This is a standing buffet party, but you can also sit on chairs on the terrace.

Baeckeoffe is a Western-style meat and potato dish. However, compared to pot-au-feu and others, it has a very elegant flavor that pairs well with white wine. Baeckeoffe is a traditional dish from the Alsace region of France, where meat is marinated for a full day in a strong white wine with seven types of herbs, then covered with bread dough and slowly cooked in a gas oven for three hours. Its highly appealing aroma makes it suitable for elderly individuals with reduced appetite or those feeling under the weather.
