This Junmai Daiginjo is made from the original sake rice 'Dewasansan' from Yamagata Prefecture, polished to 50%. It has a light mouthfeel with a lower alcohol content in the 14% range, a youthful and refreshing fruity aroma and acidity, and a gentle, smooth aftertaste.
