蟹道乐 川崎店

Kanisuki is a dish created by Kani Doraku, inspired by 'Okisuki,' which fishermen used to enjoy by boiling seafood in saltwater. For over 60 years since its establishment, the secret to its evolving flavor lies in the 'secret broth.' The golden broth made from kombu, bonito, and white soy sauce harmonizes with the delicate sweetness of the crab and the umami of the vegetables in the pot, enhancing the deliciousness even further.
