使用的是北海道的季节性食材，食材和酱汁的组合非常好，在札幌绝对不能错过。不仅如此，复杂的组合并不相互争斗，前所未有的香气和味道在口中蔓延。葡萄柚汁和Rausu纽扣虾。来自Soya的Kitayoshi贻贝和烤茄子。北海shimabi-ebi和蘑菇（配以美味的americaine酱）。阳一村崎海胆和新鲜洋葱还有在主食肉之前的一道完整的但比原来更好的泰国菜菜单令人印象深刻，包括以下内容虾夷花鹿的主菜与红酒酱和葱花汤的组合也很完美。
