店内干净，铁板表面光滑。烹饪方式细致，经过慢慢蒸煮后完成，香气扑鼻，口感松软。薄薄的面皮上堆满了新鲜的卷心菜、荞麦和鱿鱼天妇罗，口感的平衡达到了最佳。鸡蛋煮得恰到好处，卷心菜的甜味也能充分感受到。酱汁较轻，可以根据个人喜好用架子上的美乃滋等调配，令人愉悦。最后可以在热腾腾的铁板上享用，温馨的服务和细致的水的关照也让人感到舒心。
