在住宅街的一角，静静地坐落着一家小店，走进去时，宁静的空间展现在眼前。店内只有少量的吧台和桌子，因此提前预约能够舒适地坐下让我感到很高兴。用北海道的艾佐鹿炖制的炖菜，肉质柔软得令人惊讶，Q弹的意大利饺子是很好的点缀。野猪锅烧乌冬面在温和的味噌汤中融入了脂肪的美味，让我一直停不下筷子。此外，烟熏的熊肉和鹿肉舌头拼盘香气浓郁，让我对这次全新的体验感到兴奋。店员清晰地教我们每种食物的吃法，让我充分体验到了野味的魅力，度过了美好的时光。
