我去了Yamahoshi，它位于Yotsuya 3-Chome的一栋有各种餐馆的大楼的地下室里。所有的肉类都有精炼的脂肪和酥脆的口感，并渗出瘦肉的强劲味道。而心脏生鱼片非常美味。与肝脏不同，它的质地坚硬，几乎没有铁腥味。每样东西真的都很好吃，我觉得我想吃更多。
