にぎりの德兵卫 桑名五反田店

Starting from May 12, a recommended early summer menu featuring a total of 20 items will be available! The highlight this time is 'Shima Aji'. 'Shima Aji' is a popular fish known as the pinnacle among the Aji family. It has a firm texture and a refined richness of fat. The sweetness gradually spreads as you chew, filling your mouth with a pleasant aftertaste. We also have the rare anago that can be eaten raw, 'Golden Anago', and the special Kinmedai 'Chiba's Tsurikinme', certified as a pride fish recommended by local fishermen. Additionally, don't miss out on the early summer limited side dishes like 'Shirayaki Anago Chazuke' with the aroma of black seaweed and sansho, and 'Karasumi Soba' luxuriously made with domestic karasumi, one of Japan's three great delicacies!
