Cancellations must be made before 1pm on the day of the reservation to avoid a penalty. Credit card info is not stored, and all transactions are processed securely. CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations after 1:00 pm on the day of the reservation or any no-shows will result in a $10 fee per guest. HOLIDAYS: Cancellations within 48 hours of a Holiday reservation or any no-show will incur a $50 per guest fee. A note from the restaurant A 20% service charge is included on each check. John Howie Steak retains 100% of the service charge. Our professional service team receives industry leading compensation.
