Food

Watatsumi has real Iki, real blessings of the sea.

Iki sea urchin with a rich sweetness. It grows by eating plenty of high-quality seaweed that grows on the seabed of the island, so its flesh is firm. In addition, the seafood is diverse and fresh throughout the year. How about enjoying the substantial blessings of the sea?

Watatsumi Fresh Sea Urchin Set

Izushi Tofu

Known locally as 'Izushi Tofu', this firm and large tofu is made from domestically grown soybeans squeezed into soy milk, and uses the mineral-rich seawater from the sea around Iki Island as its coagulant.
