Restaurant’s terms and conditions
Reservations of two will have a dining limit of 1 hour and 30 minutes, all other parties will have a dining time of 2 hours. Groups of 8 and above will incur a 10% service charge (Thursday - Saturday). We reserve the right to cancel any tentative reservation that is not confirmed with a credit card on file. Reservations can be amended online up to 24 hours before the booking date. If you would like to change or cancel your booking within this time please email ciao@fiorinis.com.au.
A note from the restaurant
Fiorini’s Osteria Italiana is a fully licensed restaurant, and as such, we do not permit BYO (bring your own) beverages. BYO cakes are welcome and will incur a $5pp cake fee. A 15% surcharge will apply on Sundays and public holidays. 1.9% surcharge on all card transactions, including AMEX. To secure your reservation, a credit card hold is required. Please note that payment for your meal will be settled at the restaurant.
