Drink

All dishes are made from scratch.

We do not use any pre-made broth or chemical seasonings.

We offer soups, ham, braised pork, tsukudani, pickles, and more.

The broth is made from kombu, bonito flakes, and chicken, while the ham is seasoned with salt and pepper, rested for a day, steamed, cooled, and then stored in the refrigerator. Everything else is also carefully made from scratch.

All sake is prepared with pure rice or higher.

A glass is available from 60ml for 350 yen. If you want to try many varieties in small amounts, please make use of our store. The 60ml for 350 yen will be 90ml for 500 yen and 120ml for 700 yen.

Junmai Junmai Ginjo Junmai Daiginjo and various other types of sake are available.

We have approximately 40 varieties, including those with rich flavors, deep tastes, and those that pair well with food to enhance the experience.
