This curry is made with two types of sautéed onions, giving it a rich sweetness. It is a full-bodied curry made with beef stock, 20 kinds of spices, and fresh meat provided by Yakiniku Shimazu, resulting in an overwhelming umami and richness.

The marrow fluid between the bone and the red meat comes out, so eating while sucking on the bone gives an indescribable deliciousness!!

Twice as delicious depending on how it's cooked!! When lightly grilled, it's soft and tender, but when grilled for a longer time, it becomes crispy and delicious. Enjoy this meat that can be cooked in various ways.

When you eat it, the juiciness spreads softly in your mouth, and it is a delicious meat with a mellow taste!!

Characterized by its low fat content and refreshing aftertaste. Recommended for those on a diet!!
