大坂鉄板焼 鉄十

Using Hokkaido wheat 'Haru yo Koi', 'Yume Chikara', and 'Hijiri', we have custom-ordered original noodles from a noodle shop in Osaka. By boiling fresh noodles for each order, we bring out a chewy texture and the rich flavor of the wheat. Coated with a sweet and spicy special sauce made with homemade soy sauce koji, we lavishly serve it with Wagyu sukiyaki beef. Finished by searing in front of the customer to add a fragrant touch, this luxurious dish is reminiscent of sukiyaki, enjoyed by dipping in a rich egg yolk.
