Hand-pulled soba 'Shinano' is limited to about 15 servings per day only on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. It is made by roughly grinding selected buckwheat grains with the husk intact using a stone mill that was used by farmers in the Kiso region.

新年前夕的荞麦面我没有发过帖子，但我已经去过这家荞麦面馆很多次了......我还去过美食日志中的名古屋第一大荞麦面馆，但这家是我的最爱。佐罗：900日元木曾芥末青菜 - 450日元米特天妇罗 - 1,300日元三种季节性菜肴 1100日元这一天，我们喝着啤酒，点了很多季节性的菜，目的是为了吃到过年的荞麦面。喝了一会儿，定了定神，塞洛（๑-̀ㅂ-́）و✧出现了。与厚实的乡村荞麦面不同，荞麦面的质地很薄很结实......蘸一点酱汁......像江户口一样祖祖辈辈地吃下去，就能尝到荞麦的味道。而这里的荞麦面是如此的丰富和美味（థథ），我不得不再吃一个!
