我第一次使用这个服务，点餐到上菜的速度令人惊讶，我感到非常高兴。鳗鱼表面烤得香脆，内部松软，非常满意。桌上的酱汁可以根据个人喜好添加，能够调配出自己独特的味道，令人愉悦。香气四溢的清汤可以随意续杯，最开始可以直接饮用，接着可以将其浇在米饭上，像鳗鱼饭一样，带来不同的美味。加上芥末和切碎的葱，后味清爽，让我在最后也没有感到厌倦。我觉得这是一个可以轻松享受正宗鳗鱼饭的店。
