爬上螺旋狀的樓梯，打開門後，展現出一個充滿木質溫暖的靜謐空間。從吧檯座位可以仔細觀察廚師的工作，僅僅是這種現場感就讓人感到興奮。來自鹿兒島的地鷄和黑豚的一道菜香氣四溢，讓我不禁停下筷子。鬆軟的出汁捲蛋和大顆的空豆等精緻的前菜也毫不馬虎，讓人感到高興。充滿鮮味的炸雞外脆內嫩，似乎可以吃好幾個。在靜謐的吧檯上慢慢品味著稀有的日本酒，度過了一段讓人感到放鬆的時光。
