1g 13 yen Approximately the size is about 100 to 150g. We source Shamorokku from Aomori Prefecture, which is used by the Imperial Household Agency, directly. We dry it overnight in the store.
It is recommended to dip handmade soba into the broth made from Shamo chicken dashi and enjoy it at the end.
A specialty of Kokohana! It goes well with sake!
Homemade miso has been carefully marinated with cheese for three days.
Depending on the season, we use Nagawa native variety from Hokkaido. There may be cases where other regions are used depending on the procurement.
