Restaurant’s terms and conditions Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a fee of $25 per person. Business Casual attire is required. Admittance to Harper’s is at the discretion of management. Patrons who are inappropriately dressed will not be admitted. Please note all groups of 8 or more will be presented with one check, split a maximum of 4 ways evenly with an auto gratuity of 20%. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee multiple smaller reservations will be sat together. For ladies, the attire is elegant & dressy. For gentlemen, the attire is collared shirts or polos. Shorts, sports apparel, tank tops and open-toe shoes are not permitted.
