From June 2 (Tuesday) to June 16 (Tuesday), for 15 days, all items will be served with 'red rice'! Tokubei's 'specially made red rice' is a masterpiece developed using carefully selected red vinegar. It uses 100% sake lees vinegar, with more than 60% blended from the original red vinegar developed in collaboration with Mitsukan, known as Mitsuban Kamishibi. The sweet and fragrant aroma and deep richness of the red rice enhance the deliciousness of the toppings even more. *On the last day, once the red rice runs out, we will serve with the usual rice.
Starting from May 12, our recommended early summer menu features a total of 20 items! This time's highlight is 'Shima Aji'. 'Shima Aji' is a popular fish known as the pinnacle among the Aji family. It has a firm texture and a refined richness of fat. The sweetness gradually spreads as you chew, filling your mouth with a pleasant aftertaste. We also have the rare anago that can be eaten raw, 'Golden Anago', and the special Kinmedai 'Chiba's Tsurikinme', certified as Pride Fish recommended by local fishermen. Additionally, don't miss our early summer limited side dishes like 'Shirayaki Anago Chazuke' with the aroma of black seaweed and sansho, and 'Karasumi Soba' luxuriously made with domestic karasumi, one of Japan's three great delicacies!
