在金澤站步行可達的靜謐小巷中，被飄散的羊肉香氣吸引了過去。店內只有吧檯的小空間，木質的溫暖和時尚的燈光讓人感到非常放鬆。和藹可親的店主仔細處理國產的整頭羊和澳洲羊肉，並為每種肉類提供合適的烹調方式。入口即化的生肉和生火腿搭配麝香葡萄的組合清新無比，讓我從一開始就充滿期待。使用大量蘋果製作的自家醬汁搭配的羊肉燒烤，味道深厚，餘韻輕盈，筷子不自覺地就夾了起來。甚至連撒上羊奶酪的培根沙拉也毫不馬虎，讓我充分體驗到羊肉的魅力，感到非常滿足。
