A superb hot pot featuring a stamina soup with a punch of garlic and chives, enhanced by the rich flavor of tuna fat in a dazzling black soy sauce! Luxuriously using the rare parts of tuna, 'Haramo' and 'Nōtenmi'. Haramo refers to the area around the internal organs in the belly of the tuna, known for its rich and fatty flavor. It has a taste comparable to that of otoro and chutoro, and is a rare part that can only be obtained from 3-5% of a single tuna. Nōtenmi is also fatty like otoro and chutoro, melting in your mouth with a tender texture and no sinews. *Please be careful as there are bones present.
