テンホウ 富士見櫻ケ丘店

"Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside!" A unique gyoza that has been made with the secret recipe of Tenhou since its establishment in 1956, selling 2 million servings a year. It features a one-of-a-kind flavor using a certain blend of spices (star anise, fennel, cinnamon, and several others). The gyoza is well-seasoned and is a genuine product from a specialty shop that pays attention to the cooking method, but in fact, only two people in the company know the exact recipe. This gyoza has distinct characteristics that people either love or hate, but such authentic flavors are rare in the region. Many people become addicted after trying it three times. Moreover, it is made with traditional spices (herbs) that are said to be good for health, making it a gyoza that truly embodies the concept of food as medicine. Will you enjoy it with just vinegar instead of soy sauce, or with our special doubanjiang? Please try a different way of eating it. (Takeout frozen raw gyoza 280 yen) (On gyoza service days, grilled gyoza is 160 yen, and frozen raw gyoza is 140 yen. Please check as the days vary by store.) We have started online sales! Please search for "Tenhou." There are also special gyoza that can only be obtained through online shopping.

This is Tenhou's classic 'Set Meal'. It comes with our proud gyoza and a generous serving of stir-fried vegetables (Choy Sum) that are expertly cooked in a Chinese wok over high flames! You are sure to be satisfied. The soft-boiled egg is also a Tenhou staple. Feel free to try various ways of enjoying it, such as drizzling soy sauce on it or eating it with the stir-fried vegetables. The 'Cabbage Kimchi' is also an original recipe from our founding days. You won't easily find it outside of Tenhou.

This is a set without gyoza, part of the 'set meal'. It includes crispy stir-fried vegetables, a soft-boiled egg, rice, soup, and pickles, so many people order it together with ramen dishes♪

This is a set of mini ramen, stir-fried vegetables, soft-boiled egg, rice, and pickles. In some stores, you can also choose mini tantanmen. It is a highly praised product because you can enjoy the popular stir-fried vegetables and ramen together!

Tenhou's noodles are all made in our own factory, and we use thick, thin, and medium-thick noodles according to the soup. Changes can be made, so please let the staff know.

One of the long-standing popular products since its establishment in 1956. It is a healthy salt-flavored ramen that allows you to enjoy a variety of vegetables at once, including cabbage, bean sprouts, onions, carrots, wood ear mushrooms, snow peas, and pork belly. Tannmen seems to be common from Kanto to the north. It is said that Mr. F from the famous O○Radio often enjoyed it during high school. It is also said that adding kimchi made from cabbage to Tannmen is a popular way to eat it.

This is also the taste from the time of establishment. It is not very well known, but it is one of the old dishes that those in the know are familiar with. It is a soupless ramen with stir-fried vegetables mixed with noodles. You won't find it easily elsewhere. Please be careful as it is often confused with fried rice. It is recommended to customize it by adding table-side doubanjiang, garlic, and vinegar to your liking. This has been the traditional way to enjoy it since long ago.

Ramen with Nagasaki-style champon broth. It is a delightful dish with ingredients like shrimp and squid. Our company was the first to start selling this champon in Nagano Prefecture! It seems to have been inspired by a famous restaurant in Nagasaki, but we were also quick to bring new things to Nagano Prefecture in collaboration with other companies.

A hidden popular product that you enjoy by mixing crispy fried noodles with a thick sauce. The thickness of the sauce is perfectly matched to our fried noodles. The hint is 'earlobe'. At that time, we used fried noodles directly shipped from Nagasaki. However, now we manufacture our original dedicated fried noodles at our factory in Suwa. We fry them in the store to maintain the crispiness. There is a professional commitment to how the noodles are fried! Please enjoy the fried noodles wrapped in the sauce.

A dish topped with a thick soy sauce. It's really hot! Definitely try it when you want to eat something steaming. The noodles are thin.

Rice with a thick sauce. (Comes with soup and pickles) There seems to be a preference for the thickness of the sauce, but at Tenhou, this is it! It is recommended to enjoy it with a mini ramen.

You can also change to thick noodles. Large serving is an additional 100 yen ~ soy sauce ~

A light soy sauce ramen from Nagano Prefecture! It is crafted to have a flavor that you won't get tired of, so you can enjoy it every day. With plenty of toppings like chashu, menma, wakame, green onions, and corn, all at this price. Our staff continues to work hard to keep it at this price through corporate efforts. That said, we do not cut any corners. The soup is made by boiling a large quantity of chicken bones in the factory to maximize the flavor while minimizing costs. We freeze it to prevent the flavor from escaping and ship it to the store. However, the delicate sweetness and umami of the chicken bones are simmered slowly over low heat in the store, and the soup's concentration is increased using a secret method to extract maximum sweetness and richness. Additionally, there is the Tenhou soup, which balances the umami of sanma (mackerel pike) and vegetables. This is the price we offer after such dedication. Unfortunately, not many people notice this. Just because it's 390 yen doesn't mean you should underestimate it! I'm sure you won't find this quality elsewhere. But I believe you will understand! The set with soft serve ice cream is also a popular standard item. The ramen and soft serve set seems to be rare nationwide, and in Nagano Prefecture, the soft serve manufacturer said, 'Wasn't Tenhou the first to start this?' Please enjoy our famous soft serve too!

Tender chashu that has been slowly simmered and infused with flavor using a special method. It has no pork odor, and while it is soft, it retains a substantial meaty texture, making it a satisfying chashu. Please take your time to savor it.

When it comes to Tenhou, this is it! Our pride, meat fried. It has been featured often in interviews and articles! Carefully selected pork loin, marinated in a unique 'secret sauce' developed by the previous president to match ramen, is fried to a crispy perfection one piece at a time upon order. This is our proud pork loin fried 'meat fried,' which is topped on the ramen.

Bite-sized wontons go well with ramen. (No noodles, only wontons 560 yen)

An original goma sauce that uses carefully selected sesame seeds abundantly, with a rich and pure sesame aroma, free from any distractions like peanuts. A masterpiece that those who can tell the difference will appreciate.

The familiar top favorite of Tenhou. It is made exclusively with pure sesame. Sesame is considered a health food that is very good for health and beauty. Therefore, about 30 years ago, we removed the spiciness so that even children can enjoy it. As a result, you can enjoy the flavor of sesame even more. For those who say, 'Tantanmen must be spicy!', we have placed Tenhou's original doubanjiang, chili oil, and garlic on the table. Please adjust the spiciness to your liking. In fact, this doubanjiang is a versatile seasoning that goes well with anything! If you like spicy food, please try it with other ramen as well. It pairs well with any ramen and makes it even more delicious! There are even regulars who pour it over rice to enjoy.

This is the most popular ramen with 'meat fried' toppings. It is especially well-received by young people! There are also many who add an extra topping!

Enjoy ramen with a refreshing soup topped with specially thick slices of chashu. This is a Chinese soba with a taste that feels nostalgically reminiscent of the past. Long ago, this ramen became legendary at the Suwa Lake yacht harbor and is the prototype of this dish.

A rich bowl with specially thick-sliced char siu and a flavored egg. The difference from the recommended Chinese noodles is that the soup's density is increased to add depth, and it is further enhanced with the sweetness and umami of rich lard and chicken oil. Recommended for those who enjoy the flavor of fat.

This is a ramen with plenty of coarsely ground minced meat, chives, bean sprouts, and a spicy kick from chili peppers. Since its launch, it has gained many enthusiastic fans and is a hidden popular product. Please be careful as it is very spicy!

Children will be very satisfied. It includes a small ramen, French fries, juice, snacks, and a set of gacha gacha coins. The mini soft serve ice cream set is also popular!

Many people misunderstand it due to the price, but this is a carefully crafted Katsu Don. The pork is tender and flavorful loin, cut from both ends to ensure uniform size, and the panko is generously made from coarse fresh panko specified by Tenhou, creating a crispy coating. This Katsu Don is offered at a low price due to the previous president's commitment, even though it is something that shouldn't be available at this price! It is actually one of the items we want to raise the price on. Few can discern the sweet aroma and flavor of the pork, as well as the crispiness of the panko. But you will surely understand! Enjoy the crispy texture of the Katsu Don fried with delicious pork loin and fresh panko, adjusted to your preferred amount of sauce. In fact, this sauce is a carefully blended mix of two famous sauces, adjusted to perfectly match this Katsu Don. [For those who understand!]

Delicious katsu don served in a mini size. Enjoy it with ramen.

This is the only cold ramen available throughout the year. It's one of Tenhou's big hit products! Made with chicken, topped with bean sprouts, seaweed, and cucumber (cabbage in winter), it's the king of Tenhou's chilled dishes with a sesame sauce. It's said within the company, 'The person who made this is a genius!' 'I eat Banban even in winter!' This is the voice of the locals.

A summer classic! It's a traditional chilled Chinese noodle dish, but unfortunately, at Tenhou, it's No. 2.

It is a spicy soup with kimchi. A cold ramen made from a special ingredient called 'water kimchi'. You rarely see this elsewhere.

A chilled version of the very popular tantanmen. It is a slightly spicy chilled soup with a sesame sauce.

To provide a refreshing experience after eating ramen, we use a soft serve that is not too rich. In recent times, where thick types are trending, this is actually a rare type of soft serve ice cream. It is also unusual to sell it at this price; in the past, we received complaints from manufacturers about it, but with the desire to make our customers happy, we have been offering it at a low price for a long time, breaking industry norms with this soft serve, which is a 'secret'.

Stir-fried vegetables, fried meat, cutlet, fried cartilage, fried chicken, fried gizzards, grilled chashu, menma, fried wontons, French fries, edamame, two types of kimchi, and more. We have a wide variety of snacks available.

We also offer a wide variety of menus. Since they reflect regional characteristics, customer requests, and the manager's preferences, the available menus may vary slightly from store to store. Thank you for your understanding. Some stores also have special menus unique to that location! Please enjoy and check them out when you visit.

We also offer slightly discounted 'sets' (set with half rice and soft-boiled egg, set with gyoza, etc.).

We sincerely look forward to your visit.
