We started as a small, individual yakiniku restaurant. There were only two employees. We aimed to create a restaurant that the local people would find comfortable, truly 'delicious!' and 'safe to eat,' and thus we established our business. After ten years, we began expanding our stores as a company. Since it was a family-run business, what we value the most is 'teamwork' and creating a work environment that is rewarding and has minimal stress. Regarding product procurement, we continue to work with suppliers we have been dealing with since our opening, selecting meats that match the 'preferences of the grocer' = unfortunately, there are times when we may run out of stock if good products are not available. Our motto is 'We do not serve products that we would not feed to our own family or loved ones.'
