最初出現的沙拉非常快，手工風格的醬汁甜味很好。附有三道小碗，包含豆芽和青菜的拌菜、切丁的大根泡菜，每一道都讓人食指大動。牛骨湯在石鍋中滾燙，連湯匙都熱得讓人期待。薄切的牛肉豐富，與脆口的蔥搭配得恰到好處，春雨也一直滑順。三層肉定食的豬肉非常多，濃郁的味噌非常合適。可以與香味蔬菜一起品嚐薄切的牛腱肉，剩下的部分也會愉快地包好，讓人感受到良好的服務。
