七輪焼肉 安安 本厚木店

Anan's pride, 'Anan Kalbi,' is a classic popular dish that allows you to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat. The balance of the sweetness of the fat and the richness of the lean meat is exquisite, and grilling it over charcoal in a shichirin enhances its aroma. It is a signature menu item that can be enjoyed at a reasonable price, making it recommended for first-timers.

The 'Oroshi Ponzu Beef Tongue' features beef tongue grilled to a fragrant perfection, served with plenty of grated daikon and refreshing ponzu sauce. The juicy umami and refreshing acidity blend exquisitely, leaving a light aftertaste that encourages you to keep eating. It's a popular dish that doesn't feel greasy and can be enjoyed in multiple servings.

A dish that pairs perfectly with rice. After being grilled over charcoal to a fragrant finish, mixing it with egg brings out a rich, mellow flavor that will make you crave it after just one bite. Please enjoy the luxurious kalbi unique to Anan, where the umami of the meat and the sweetness of the sauce harmoniously blend.
