This is a versatile type of sake that pairs well with any dish. It primarily uses Hattan Nishiki, a rice suitable for sake brewing from Hiroshima Prefecture, and takes advantage of the characteristics of soft water brewing, resulting in a smooth and mellow drinking experience. While retaining a strong flavor of koji and rice, the alcohol content has been kept low.
