A white wine that plays a wonderful balance of refreshing citrus fruit flavors and pleasant acidity. It pairs well with scallop and tuna carpaccio, as well as crustaceans like crab and shrimp.

When poured into a glass, a floral fruit aroma that evokes purity rises, intertwining with hints of vanilla and refreshing lemon flavor, creating a complex and vibrant scent. It leaves a rich and full-bodied aftertaste while providing a pleasant freshness in the mouth.
A classic Chilean Cabernet in the Bordeaux style, it features a spiciness reminiscent of cloves and nutmeg, along with a refreshing acidity typical of Chile, and a natural concentration of fruit.

Typically, doubanjiang is used, but instead of doubanjiang, we use a fermented seasoning called fermented tofu, which is made by fermenting tofu, resulting in a white finish. Hot oil is poured over chili peppers to quickly transform it into Mapo. *Rice can be added!
