This is a course that allows you to enjoy the best of Gyoten's motsu nabe without adding anything extra. Please enjoy the unique motsu-nabe that you will not find at any other restaurant. The course begins with the vinegared motsu, which is a well-known Hakata delicacy. Then, enjoy our signature scallop soup. For a change of flavor, we use our secret spicy miso paste, which goes perfectly with the tofu. After adding oil dregs for a second taste change The first finish: Gyoten's chanpon noodles with a special texture that goes down your throat.
