The Swan House does NOT cater to specific dietary needs and will NOT be able to alter the menu for dietary restrictions. SWAN HOUSE TEA ROOM, FINDLAY,OH: Proper Tea Service is on Friday and Saturday with secured reservations. Cancellation or changes in attendees must be made 48 hours prior to the reservation. All cancellations within 48 hours are subject to $20/person fee which will be charged to the card on file for the total number of guests. NO CALL NO SHOW or same day cancellation will be charged the full tea price including tax and gratuity.
