櫃台和桌子都已準備好，讓我能夠安靜地度過時光。風味豐富的手打蕎麥麵口感舒適，吃起來很有嚼勁。我點了冷雞天蕎麥麵，外皮酥脆，裡面的肉質柔軟，讓我感到驚喜。清爽的微甜湯汁與海帶非常搭配，口感輕盈。桌上的三味、五味、七味自製香料可以逐一嘗試，香氣變化多端，讓人吃到最後也不會感到厭倦。餐廳提供各式各樣的丼飯和定食，光是考慮接下來要選什麼就讓人感到愉快。
