Made from 100% locally sourced flour from Nagano Prefecture, freshly milled daily for use.

We use coarsely ground flour. Due to being hand-ground, there is a limited supply. It may run out by the evening on weekends and holidays.

This dish is popular among women. It can also be changed to warm tororo soba.

This is a signature product made by cooking bamboo shoots for a week. It uses 7 shō of sake. There is also a version with only herring.

This is a unique tempura soba with kakiage from Takeyabu. It is a popular product.
