Our special enzyme brown rice is cooked with brown rice and adzuki beans in a pressure cooker, and then kept warm and aged for 3 days in a heat-retaining jar to maintain the optimal temperature. As a result, enzymes multiply rapidly, allowing for the efficient absorption of high nutrients without waste. With increased enzymes, not only is it beneficial for health, but the umami components also increase, making it a delicious brown rice.

Our restaurant makes curry from spices rather than roux. It is very low in calories compared to commercial roux, making it ideal for diet meals. We also offer enzyme brown rice. Recommended for those who want to eat hearty but also want to diet.
