A unique Japanese-style sashimi rice bowl topped with seafood and drizzled with soy sauce, served with udon!

Includes 1 salmon, 1 tuna, 2 flounder, sea eel, egg, 3 types of shrimp, octopus, and cuttlefish, totaling 11 pieces, served with udon.

The flesh of the king tuna, bluefin tuna (akami), is sold fresh for a limited time each day.

You will receive 5 pieces each of salmon and flounder, and you can have as many of the 5 pieces of salmon grilled as you wish.

This is a salmon rice bowl with aged salmon and sauce drizzled over the rice, served alternately with udon.

Prepared in limited quantities for the freshness of the vegetables.
