普利亞的料理為主，前菜的擺盤非常有趣。料理能讓人感受到正宗的味道，每一道都製作得相當用心。自家製的耳朵麵、起司和胡椒義大利麵、鱈魚醬等特別讓我印象深刻。塗在麵包上的鱈魚醬散發著香草的香氣，與葡萄酒非常搭配。葡萄酒的選擇非常精緻，還會建議一些清單上沒有的瓶裝酒。工作人員的解說親切且充滿熱情，讓人感到非常舒適。
