Production area: Central Italy / Emilia-Romagna. Varieties: Mainly Marzemino, Malbo Gentile, and others. Fermented with the skins after destemming. Fermented and aged in cement tanks. A red wine with a light drinking experience and smoothness.
Production area: Italy / Tuscany. Grape variety: Primarily Sangiovese. Vines aged around 10 to 20 years. Fermented gently for 4 weeks with the skins, without destemming. After pressing, aged in cement tanks for 12 months. The tannins are moderate, making it an undoubtedly wonderful wine for drinking with food.
Production area: France / Côtes du Rhône. Varieties: Grenache, Carignan, Syrah. A fresh wine with impressions of black fruits like blackberry. Harvested only after sufficient ripening, the wine has notes of licorice, pepper, and cinnamon.
Production area: Portugal / Dao Variety: Jaen 95%, Touriga Nacional 5% Black raspberry, red raspberry aroma. The mouthfeel is juicy and bright, with sufficient acidity felt in the finish along with the fruitiness. A lively wine. Please serve slightly chilled.
